Megan Rock founded NextGen Advisory after more than 20 years of experience across government, manufacturing, financial services, and global agriculture. From soybean fields in Iowa to palm plantations in Indonesia to leading industry discussions, Megan brings firsthand experience across the complex global food and agriculture value chain—from the farm gate to store shelves.

As a former vice president at CHS and Bunge, she built enterprise capabilities from the ground up, worked directly with executive leadership and boards, and translated complex business challenges into strategy and action.
